Rulle is one of the kingdoms which The Bard visits during Act Five. Its capital is Xiatian.
During the events of Act Five, they are at war with Chaandesh.
While the people of Chaandesh are all witches, the people of Rulle are normal humans who all have their own animal companion called a Qin.
