Manny is a resident of Delphi. He is the manager of the band made up of The Bard, Ash, and Viola.

Manny is a wide man with a large pink nose, a big smile, and a purple mustache that mathes his hat, tie, pants, and shoes. The hat is wide-brimmed, and Manny also wears oval sunglasses along with a bright red striped coat.
